Trish Swords has been a member of Holy Redeemer parish since 1999. Trish started out in ministry as a Catechist and in 2006 was appointed to the position of Director of Religious Education and Youth Ministry Coordinator for Holy Redeemer Parish. With the uniting of Holy Redeemer and St. James the Less in 2007, Trish became the Director of Religious Education for our combined parishes and oversees our religious education program for Preschool- 5th grade, our Sacramental Preparation program for First Reconciliation, First Holy Communion, RCIA as well our yearly summer Vacation Bible School. Trish is certified in Basic Faith Formation with specializations in Catechism, Youth Ministry and Early Childhood and is a Master Catechist having completed her studies in the Archdiocesan Advanced Catechetical Ministries. Trish also completed the two year program Catholic Leadership Institution's Lay Ministry Development: Tending the Talents. With the Pope Francis' call for evangelization, our parish developed an evangelization program which Trish heads along with overseeing our communication and marketing efforts.
