Mila Reyes oversees music for Sunday Masses, Holy Days of Obligation, and special liturgies.
Over the past decade, Mila has served throughout various parishes in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles using her versatile gifts as a pianist, organist, violinist, and vocalist. Her familiarity with songs in Spanish, Latin, and Tagalog allows her to implement a diverse range of sacred music in liturgies. She has led choirs of a variety of age ranges, composed instrumental and vocal arrangements for special events, and coordinated music for school productions and benefit concerts. Some of her collaborations include the Filipino Priests of America Chorale and Hail Mary the Queen Children’s Choir. She is committed to helping fulfill the Church’s vision of Sacred Music: encouraging appropriate worship to God through music. (Musicae Sacrae Disciplina, par. 31-33)
